About Jason

Jason Stein is a Senior Manager at Ernst and Young, having spent the last 9 years in the Consulting practice. Jason started brewing beer at home as a passion project that resulted in the founding of Timber Ales at the beginning of 2020. A “gypsy” brewing company based out of the Twelve Percent Beer Project in North Haven, Timber Ales gained incredible success rapidly, earning the title “Best New Brewery in the World” for 2020 by Rate Beer. Since then, he has realized his original vision of developing a barrel program, which launched this past May.
